Cheers to the peak of spring at Riverbar and Kitchen’s Bramble in Bloom, with a special snack and cocktail menu and plenty of photo opps transforming the buzzing CBD beer garden into a blooming floral hideaway in partnership with Bombay Bramble—a creative new infusion of natural blackberry and raspberry flavours with Bombay Sapphire gin.
Launching on Wednesday, October 14 and running until Sunday, November 29, Bramble in Bloom will offer up a special cocktail menu celebrating the deliciously creative spirit, including A British Fizz (Bombay Bramble, St Germain elderflower, lime juice, soda and blueberries), Twentieth Centuberry (Bombay Bramble, Lillet Blanc, Cartron white cacao liqueur and lemon juice), and crimson jugs of bramble cocktails perfect for afternoon sessions in the springtime sunshine!
In addition to the stunning seasonal sips on offer for the activation, nibbles including beetroot-cured salmon with cream cheese and blueberries, and buffalo curd with crispy chickpeas, dukkha and flatbread will supplement Riverbar’s usual menu of nibbles, share plates, and larger meals.
“We are so excited to see our fantastic seasonal activations return to Riverbar after such a challenging period,” says Riverbar and Kitchen General Manager, Wesley Smith.
“After running our reduced operation for some time (though it was as popular as ever), the end of spring is the perfect opportunity to reintroduce the seasonal special menus, cocktails, and decor that our patrons love coming in to experience.”
The perfect place to immerse yourself in the flavours of spring (and snap a few gorgeous Instagrams while you’re at it), Bramble in Bloom at Riverbar and Kitchen is a must-visit event on the season’s social calendar.
