One Fish Two Fish is thrilled to announce the first irresistible installation of its Red Fish Blue Fish dinners, at which well-known and in-demand chefs will create one-off seafood feasts!
The first crab off the rank is Ben Williamson, who recently departed Gerard’s Bistro and will soon open his own venue in Fortitude Valley, 22 Agnes. Working with One Fish Two Fish’s head chef Daniel Miletic on Wednesday, April 10, Ben will serve up a shared banquet menu starring a NOLA-style crawfish boil!
This unmissable fishy feast will begin at 7pm with arrival appetisers before the shared main event, which will feature local yabbies, morcilla sausage, potato and corn with accompanying shrimp grits, collard greens and Carolina corn bread with smoked butter! All courses will be served with matching beverages, with old school blues and ‘80s jazz to provide the Bourbon Street beats!
Tickets to the Ben Williamson edition of Red Fish Blue Fish are on sale now for $89 from the One Fish Two Fish website, and expected to sell out quickly!
