Three ingredients, endless varieties, and always a classic. Negroni Week is once again calling Fish Lane Arts Precinct home with vibrant scarlet cocktails, delectable dishes and intoxicating events from September 18 to 24.
Celebrating the iconic ruby-hued beverage, Negroni Week is all about raising a glass in the name of charity. Presented by Campari – the red heart of any Negroni – and Imbibe Magazine, the global charity initiative puts the power of fundraising in the hands of bars and restaurants around the world, seeing them donate proceeds from the sales of the drink to Slow Food charity.
The laneway will be painted red as familiar Fish Lane Arts Precinct tenants band together to offer a myriad of Negronis with both orange and creative twists. If you needed an excuse to have a sneaky midweek cocktail, just remember: it’s all in the name of charity!
Tenants showcasing their Negroni skills include Bar Brutus, (who took charge of the Negroni Week Block Party last year — and gave us a hell of a good time), as well as Chu The Phat, Hello Please, Julius Pizzeria, Kiki Kiosk, Maeve Wine Bar, Maker Wine Bar, Saccharomyces, Southside, and new kids on the lane, Midtown Bar.

New art unveiled
To celebrate Negroni Week, Campari and Explore Fish Lane have unveiled a captivating new addition to the precinct. The brilliant minds at @mcrt.studio have skillfully captured the essence of the Negroni’s flavour in a mesmerising visual creation that guests are encouraged to visit between sips and admire.
In their artistic endeavour, @mcrt.studio have used abstract forms, seamlessly merging the deep red, orange, and yellow hues, beautifully evoking the distinctive colours of the Negroni while hinting at the enigmatic nature of Campari’s secret recipe. Campari and Explore Fish Lane are proud to support this installation and public art that enriches the urban landscape and provides a platform for talented artists to showcase their skills.
