Brisbane’s iconic Customs House is pleased to present another pop-up partnership, this time celebrating all things zesty and refreshing with Chandon S.

The latest offering from Australia’s premier producers of sparkling wines, Chandon S is a unique combination of sparkling wine and hand-blended orange bitters, yielding a pleasantly-spiced and citric sparkling perfectly suited to warm afternoons and evenings. Chandon S is best served with ice and a twist of orange and is inspired by the Champagne cocktails that swept through garden parties in the ‘40s and ‘50s.

To make the most of this innovative creation, Customs House is celebrating with a trio of sparkling activations to give guests the best of the Chandon S experience; the Sunset Cabana pop- up, S is for Sunday bottomless brunches and a Chandon S beverage package that can be enjoyed with Patina’s existing brunch menu!

The Chandon S Sunset Cabana pop-up is the perfect riverside spot for sundown drinks, or stylish evenings spent enjoying a menu devised to echo the exotic, aromatic notes of Chandon S. With breezy cabanas swathed in white sails and plenty of greenery, the Sunset Cabana pop-up will have guests reminiscing (or dreaming) of Mediterranean beach clubs!

As well as plenty of Chandon S on ice, drinks at the Sunset Cabana include the best of Chandon’s range and a cocktail list packed with freshness and a tasteful dose of nostalgia. To pair with Chandon S’ fresh and spiced notes, the menu of small bites and snacks at the Sunset Cabana is perfect for late-summer snacking by the river. Featuring the likes of prawn bruschetta with fennel, lemon and aioli, mini steamed duck buns, and Korean fried chicken sliders.

On Sunday mornings from February 10, the S is for Sunday bottomless Chandon brunches will turn Customs House’s signature restaurant Patina into a sophisticated brunch destination! The S is for Sundays four-course menu is $50, and includes seasonal delights like a spanner crab omelette, pumpkin waffle with Korean fried chicken and kimchi, and buttermilk pancakes with brûléed banana.

The two-hour unlimited Chandon package is an additional $50 and elevates S is for Sunday brunches to something special with free-flowing Chandon S, Chandon Sparkling Brut Rosé, Chandon Blanc de Blanc Bellinis, and Belvedere Bloody Marys.

Alternatively, guests can enjoy the bottomless Chandon package alongside à la carte dishes from Patina’s existing brunch menu, like smoked brisket with flatbread, fried egg, green salsa and sour cream.

The Chandon S Sunset Cabana pop-up launches on Saturday, February 9 and opens Thursday- Saturdays from 4pm and Sundays 12pm-4pm, and S is for Sundays brunches run 9.30am-3pm on Sundays, from February 10.
