Bring out the florals and polish the champagne flutes—Customs House is back with another inspired seasonal pop-up bar, this time bringing the bliss and bubbles of Moët & Chandon Rosé.
Launching to the public on Thursday, September 26 and open Thursdays to Sundays (excluding Riverfire night), the Moët Rosé Garden is a picture-perfect spot to enjoy afternoon catchups with unbeatable river views, out-of-the-ordinary knockoffs, or elegant seasonal Sunday sessions.
A bright, romantic rosé with berry and stonefruit aromas and floral freshness, Moët & Chandon Rosé is the perfect sip for the balmy Brisbane spring, particularly when accompanied by Customs House’s seasonal pop-up menu. The pop-up rosé garden will offer an array of pink-hued rosé wines from across the globe including Moët Brut Imperial NV and Rameau d’Or, alongside the refreshing likes of rosé sangria and a Moët rosé-based Pretty in Pink cocktail.
Alongside your glass of pink bubbles (or traditional rosé if you prefer), enjoy the likes of prosciutto and Parmigiano Reggiano boards, delicate scampi caviar blini with crème fraîche and chervil, duck spring rolls with kimchi & XO sauce, and fried cauliflower with whipped lemon ricotta.
Fans of the Brisbane icon’s ever-evolving pop-up bars will be pleased to know the beloved Moreton Bay bug croissant is staying on the menu, now jazzed up with crisp prosciutto, iceberg lettuce, and lime mayo.
Styled with fresh white garden furniture, elegant pink elements, and plenty of florals (naturally), Customs House’s Moët Rosé Garden will be springing onto must-do lists from September 26.
