Available Friday and Saturday nights for the month of July, the standout Crab and Cray Cray Season special is the Feast of the Crab banquet at just $49. Claw at tempura zucchini flowers filled with blue swimmer crab, charcoal bao with crispy soft shell crab and sriracha & lime slaw, Fraser Isle spanner crab croquettes, and razor prawn ravioli with creamy spanner crab sauce .
Tempted already? Don’t be shellfish! Elevated menu options which require diners to preorder also include whole mud crab wok-tossed with ginger, soy and Asian herbs for $95 per kg, and whole grilled crayfish with confit garlic butter or house-made XO sauce for $195 per kg.
Due to the premium produce shared throughout Crab and Cray Cray Season, bookings for the Friday and Saturday night delights are essential, and can be made via the One Fish Two Fish website.
