As an annual showcase of their incredible catering talents, our team loved organising this Summer Soiree for Cuisine on Cue.
On November 24, a select group of media and influencers took to Room 360 for a night to remember. Cuisine on Cue’s Summer Soiree turned up the heat on the season’s catering plans, unveiling a selection of incredible food stations for clients’ potential Christmas, New Year’s, or Australia Day events.
Styled by Brandition and set over the city skyline, guests enjoyed an evening of Tahitian dancing, raffles, lucky door prizes, and a light show from the terrace. Food stations led diners through courses of fresh fruit, wok-crafted meals, desserts, and cocktails.
Yeah, we’ll have summer that.
