La Macelleria Gelateria is kicking off the new year with a range of inventive new flavours!

To celebrate all things Australia, they’re launching their new bacon and egg flavour for Australia Day. Prepare to indulge everyone’s favourite breakfast, with smoked bacon infused egg-based gelato with maple syrup candied bacon pieces, available only on Australia Day. You can scoop up this delicious new flavour at all of La Macelleria’s stores with the exception of their King Street outlet which will be closed.  

In February, La Macelleria will be featuring another two new flavours, bubble tea and vegan coffee. Their bubble tea creation sees milk tea gelato layered with tasty tapioca pearls and will only be available for one day only at each store.

If that’s not your cup of tea, or you follow that vegan way of life, then La Macelleria’s new vegan coffee flavour is for you. Oat Milk forms the basis of this gelato, with an infusion of Industry Beans coffee and will be available from all stores for the month of February.
