Available for Friday-Sunday lunches from June 11 until July 31, One Fish Two Fish‘s latest special menu follows the popularity of the Toast to the Coast, which they introduced in 2020.
After focusing on the flavours of the Queensland coastline last year, this year’s Toast to the Coast menu, christened Milan to the Mediterranean, features the vibrant, fragrant flavours of Italian cuisine.
At $69pp for the five-course menu, Toast to the Coast: Milan to the Mediterranean is a great-value way to experience classic Italian flavours served up in the fun and creative style for which One Fish Two Fish’s special menus are known!
The menu commences with kingfish tonnato on a crostini before sand crab arancini with a Napoli reduction, grilled scampi in garlic butter and lemon, swordfish saltimbocca and a Campari and white chocolate cannoli to finish.
To round out the Italian-inspired dining experience, One Fish Two Fish also offers four refreshing spritzes, including a limoncello spritz and sugar-free orange and peach spritz!
Two-hour seatings for Toast to the Coast: Milan to the Mediterranean are available at either 12 pm or 2:30 pm every Friday-Sunday from June 11 until July 31, and bookings can be made on the One Fish Two Fish website.
