After the long-anticipated relaunch of Toowoomba’s Grand Central Shopping Centre, QIC approached Liquidity Marketing to undertake an activation campaign. Every Thursday and Saturday, pop-up tasting stalls were hosted at Toowoomba Fresh, encouraging foot traffic and increasing brand awareness of the new food retailer.
The pop-ups highlighted fare available for purchase within the retailer, prompting return trade in addition to increased traffic on the day.
