From Thursday, September 21, the Customs House terrace will be host to the Moet & Chandon Rosé Garden, where delectable eats and a premium array of whites, pinks, and reds patiently await your devouring.
Menu highlights include the fresh shellfish platter, the iconic Moreton Bay bug croissants and the refreshing scallop ceviche, served with pickled chilli, lime and coriander. Although, the classic combination of freshly shucked oysters and a glass of Moet & Chandon Imperial is also exquisite.
The Garden’s pop-up bar will feature the champagne house’s classics, including the Moet and Chandon Imperial and the Chateau Minuty Prestige Rosé. Also on the table are heavenly cocktails, including the lychee & raspberry caprioska, concocted with Belvedere Pure, lychee liqueur, raspberry and lychee.
Sip away beneath one of the three floral domes strewn across the terrace and enjoy a taste of France in spring. And, when paired with the stunning panoramic views of the Brisbane River, it creates the perfect setting to relish the warm spring nights ahead.

Open on Thursdays and Fridays from 4pm and weekends from 2pm, this free walk-in-only pop-up is the ultimate spot for post-work champas and nibbles, and the luxurious party hotspot on weekends!
