Global gin favourite Tanqueray is partnering with Brisbane’s most iconic heritage listed building to bring you Tanqueray Terrace at Customs House, a stylish pop-up bar featuring spring-inspired Copa glass cocktails of gin goodness mixed with premium tonics to pair, and a greenhouse herb garden to select your garnishes.

Taking place alongside the riverside from Customs House’s famous outdoor terrace, expect to see the space decked out with a bespoke green wall, luxe loungers and botanic styling in signature Tanqueray green, making it the perfect location to stop by for after work drinks or late-night celebrations with friends.

Fancy a private garden set up to host your friends? The two lush greenhouses are for you!

Available to be reserved exclusively for your clique, the relaxed private spaces will fit up to eight people each and will offer you views that are definitely worth cheers-ing for.

Prepare to be taken on a botanical sensory journey with the bar’s exquisite menu. The pop-up bar will showcase 4 different Tanqueray Gins (including the beloved classic Tanqueray No.TEN), mixed with a range of premium Fever Tree Tonics and a citrus pairing for a match made in gin heaven. Once your cocktail has been served, head over to the herb garden to select your final garnishing.

For the more daring, you’re invited to take a sip of the new Tanqueray Rangpur gin from the House of Tanqueray, a blend guaranteed to transport your taste buds to citrus heaven. Distilled with exotic Rangpur Limes, this gin promises to be light and easy with a sharp twist.

For those looking for a taste of Spain, the new Tanqueray Flor De Sevilla will be ready and waiting for you at Customs House. Crafted with an accessible taste profile balancing the bittersweetness of Seville Oranges with the four botanicals of Tanqueray London Dry Gin for a sensory delight.

Inspired to compliment the Tanqueray gins is the menu which takes influence from the unique botanical flavours found exclusively in each gin. Available only at the pop-up bar, key stand out dishes include the fried pumpkin flowers with goats cheese, sundried tomato and thyme with a preserved lemon dressing, and the Moreton Bay bug milk bun with gem lettuce and cocktail sauce.

Guests are also welcome to enjoy dishes such as the smoked trout and sweetcorn fritters with green goddess dipping sauce, and spring-inspired desserts such as the passionfruit, grapefruit, elderflower and white chocolate Eton mess.
