No fishy business here, Sum Yung Guys are bringing their punchy Asian flavours to town for the fourth instalment of One Fish Two Fish’s Red Fish Blue fish collaboration series on February 22!
Sum Yung Guys has been making serious waves on the Sunshine Coast since Masterchef runner up Matt Sinclair first opened the doors in 2017, with their tasty and inventive fare earning the restaurant their first hat in the 2020 Good Food Guide awards.
But now they’re swimming into Kangaroo Point for an exclusive one-day family-style feast for the Red Fish Blue Fish dinner series which has previously hosted Ben Williamson of 22 Agnes, Phillip Johnson from e’cco and fellow Masterchef alum Georgia Barnes.
Choose between the 11:30am-1:30pm or 2:30pm-4:30pm sitting and sip on a Sum Yung Guys signature cocktail before devouring signature eats like king prawn toast with sesame gochu mayo, yellowtail kingfish ceviche spring rolls and Thai green curry with spanner crab.
