With a focus on sharing the joy and excitement of Lebanese dining, Tarbouche Mezza Bar is now open, complete with a traditional saj grill for producing perfectly charred flatbreads!
Serving hot and cold mezza dishes as well as shawarma plates, grilled main dishes and heaped sharing platters, Tarbouche Mezza Bar is the second venue by the team behind Indooroopilly’s cult favourite Little Beirut.
New to the menu at Tarbouche are two signature towers for sharing: the shawarma beef tower (with fattoush salad, pickled turnip, sumac onion and parsley salad, tahini and chips) and shawarma chicken tower (with coleslaw, garlic sauce, pickled cucumber and turnip and chips), destined to become go-to orders for local residents and workers!
Alongside classic desserts like baklawa, namoura (syrup-soaked semolina cake) and rize bil halib (rice pudding) available individually or on a tasting platter, cocktails including an Arabic coffee espresso martini are on offer to complete all good Lebanese feasts.
To top off the authentic experience, a leading Brisbane belly dancer will perform at 8:30 every Friday and Saturday night, and a separate outdoor shisha area will provide a luxurious sample of the favourite Middle Eastern pastime.
Tarbouche Mezza Bar joins Lune Croissanterie as a recent addition to the ever-growing Fish Lane precinct underpinned by Aria Property Group’s commitment to enriching the South Brisbane area.
