After taking a break since December, Customs House’s beloved pop-up bar overlooking the Brisbane River is back with Saint-Tropez Sunsets by Moët & Chandon!
Launching on Friday, February 26 and running Fridays-Sundays from 3 pm, Saint-Tropez Sunsets by Moët & Chandon is set to be a glamourous celebration of the laidback French Riviera lifestyle, toasting to warm evenings, sunsets with sweeping river views and the elegance and vibrance of French-Mediterranean flavours.
As well as the classic Moët & Chandon Impérial, Moët & Chandon Rosé and Moët & Chandon Ice Impérial (the first champagne designed to be served over ice, making it perfect for a late Aussie summer!), the Saint-Tropez Sunsets bar will feature the best of France’s wine regions, with plenty of Provence rosé, Sancerre, Chablis and Beaujolais.
The notorious Customs House pop-up bar bug croissant has had a makeover, too, with the Saint-Tropez Sunsets menu instead offering a brioche lobster roll topped with dill and salmon pearls!
Other highlights on the menu include delicate fried pumpkin flowers stuffed with goats cheese, sundried tomato and thyme served with a preserved lemon dressing, and Hervey Bay scallops with vanilla cauliflower and a chorizo crumb—bon appetit!
Decked out with the mandatory Mediterranean-inspired striped umbrellas, stylish garden furniture and breezy shaded cabanas ideal for small groups, the Customs House pop-up bar is the perfect spot for weekend drinks, post-work knockoffs or an unforgettable date night.
Saint-Tropez Sunsets by Moët & Chandon is a is a walk-in only activation, offering its delicious escapism for a limited time only.
