In a nod to all things sunny, sandy and perfectly salted, Kangaroo Point seafood restaurant One Fish Two Fish is celebrating stunning local produce with their new Toast to the Queensland Coast tasting menu, launching this Friday, July 10.

Available for lunch Fridays-Sundays, the Toast to the Queensland Coast menu puts premium South East Queensland seafood on the plate, with dishes including Rocky Point cobia carpaccio, Fraser Isle spanner crab-stuffed zucchini flowers, Moreton Bay bug toast, salt and pepperberry squid, and Balter (a Queensland brew, of course) beer-battered sand whiting.

Coming in at just $59 (with a Sunshine Spritz cocktail featuring Sunshine & Sons vodka, from Woombye, on arrival), Toast to the Queensland Coast is the culmination of One Fish Two Fish’s owner and chef Daniel Miletic’s years of experience cooking local seafood to perfection, including at Burleigh Heads’ beloved venue The Fish House.
