As the driving force behind Liquidity HQ, Amelia has a keen ability to craft marketing solutions that align with each client’s unique needs and operational capabilities. She takes a bespoke approach, ensuring that every idea is not only creative but also practical and implementable within the client’s resources.

With an extensive background in advertising, our resident production manager and wine aficionado, Nic, knows her way around logistics better than anyone else in the office.

Her unparalleled biz experience make her an invaluable support and wealth of knowledge to Team Liquidity. Watch out though, she’s an up-and-comer in the Insta-blogging game and when she’s not in the office she’s ‘gramming her latest meal or live music experience!

With over 15 years’ experience across public relations, media and business development, Lisa is a master of making things happen (and making them look easy). Her career spans broadcast media, entertainment, lifestyle and events, delivering campaigns that get people talking for all the right reasons.

Known for her gift of the gab, rock-solid organisation and love of a great spray tan, Lisa juggles media, talent and stakeholders with ease, often while hosting clients with a glass of wine in hand. As the seasoned PR guru at Liquidity Marketing, she brings strategy, sparkle and fabulously effective results to every brand story.

DESIGNER

Hannah is our powerhouse graphic designer with over 15 years of agency and freelance experience, currently creating from vibrant Mexico City. Her superpower? Transforming visions into beautiful reality through strategic, functional design.

Offline, you’ll find her exploring Mexico’s incredible food scene with a spicy margarita and taco al pastor in hand — fueling creativity one bite at a time!

Always chasing the light for the perfect shot (and the perfect bite), Becky is our content creator and photographer with an insatiable appetite for all things food and hospitality. With a background spanning luxury hotels and even a private island in Fiji, she’s lived and breathed the industry across New Zealand and Australia.

Whether she’s behind the camera, brainstorming the next big content idea, or tasting her way through a new menu, you’ll find Becky with food in one hand and her phone in the other. If it’s delicious, aesthetic, or downright drool-worthy, you can bet it’s making its way onto her feed.

ACCOUNT COORDINATOR

Fueled by the thrill of live music and the ever-evolving world of pop culture, Emma is our walking playlist of passion and precision. A dedicated fangirl with a sharp eye for trends, she thrives on keeping things running like a perfectly timed setlist, and then writing about it. If it’s buzzing, breaking, or about to blow up, chances are she’s already on it.

MARKETING JUNIOR

Abbie is a marketing junior at Liquidity, currently completing a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) with a minor in Graphic Design. She’s jumped into agency life with enthusiasm, bringing a fresh eye, a love of creativity, and a passion for ideas that resonate.

Her approach? Keep it simple, fun, and always meaningful. She’s inspired by brands like Jacquemus and is drawn to design — if she could swap roles for a day, it’d be with the graphic team.

Outside of work, she’s known for her excellent cakes, surprising road rage, and always being younger than people expect. Her go-to is an oat iced latte with honey — and her motto says it all: “Do it with meaning, passion, and commitment, or don’t do it at all.”

MARKETING JUNIOR

Dan’s not the type to just hit ‘publish’. For him, every post is a quest to tell a better story. A marketing junior, lifelong musician, and gamer (Baldur’s Gate for the win!), he believes the secret to great content is the same as a great game, it pulls you in with the story and wins you over with strategy. Blending that with his love for hospitality, he’s all about crafting stories that are just right. Hospitality XP gains, anyone? 

Off the clock, you’ll probably find him producing music, hunting for bargain games, or diving into the latest Brandon Sanderson epic. Oh, and karaoke… Dan never forgets to karaoke.

MARKETING JUNIOR

Punnya is a marketing junior currently wrapping up her Master’s in Business, majoring in Marketing. With three years of hospitality experience, she knows how to stay calm and composed even when a hundred things are happening all at once. Multi-tasking? Pretty easy.

Fueled by her love for storytelling, she brings a bit of Gen Z sparkle into everything she does, keeping her ideas fresh, fun, and full of creativity. When she’s not deep in marketing mode, you’ll probably find her planning her next trip, sharing travel reels from Goa, or hunting down Brisbane’s best chai latte. Still no verdict… but she’s getting close. And when she’s truly off the clock, there’s a good chance there’s a cricket match playing in the background.

Meet Alison, Liquidity’s editorial superwoman! With a razor-sharp eye for detail and a wealth of experience spanning print, online, social, and even television media, she’s the final boss of flawless copy. Passionate about elevating Liquidity copy to its highest standard, if there’s a misplaced comma or an awkward phrase lurking in the shadows, trust that Alison will find it — before it even knows it’s there!

STRATEGIST

Our negroni-loving, jet-setting branded content whiz, Danielle is Liquidity’s Director of Strategy. Specialising in marketing for tourism brands, major events and hospitality venues, when she’s not crafting copy, playing editor or leading brand strategy projects, you’ll find her on a hiking trail. Preferably one that finishes at a pub.

MARKETING INTERN

Currently tackling her communications degree, Simran is a marketing intern at Liquidity and a self-proclaimed global citizen who’s called four different countries home. Growing up between cultures sparked her love for storytelling and understanding what really drives people…something she’s channeled into marketing and research roles over the years. She loves bringing digital content to life and stumbling upon new perspectives and places along the way. 

When she’s finally closed her tabs for the day,you’ll likely find her marathoning Love Is Blind with friends or scouting out the nearest beach to soak up the sun. A lover of big ideas and even bigger travel plans, she’s always ready for the next adventure.

Deeply inspired by aesthetic spaces and hidden gems, Nayla loves discovering beautifully designed cafés, creative venues, and city corners that deserve the spotlight. She naturally turns her experiences into visual diaries, capturing moments with an eye for detail and atmosphere.

After office hours, you’ll probably find her at a Pilates studio or picking up her favourite doughnuts she’s a proud doughnut lover. Sweet treats are her weakness, but she’s all about balance. For Nayla, it’s simple: work hard, create beautifully, and enjoy life (with a doughnut in hand)
