At Liquidity, we’re not a big faceless agency. We’re a small, hands-on team who pour our heart and soul (and a lot of late-night creative energy) into growing your business.
When you win, we win. When you’re busy, we’re busy. And when you hit pause… well, we feel that too.
We absolutely understand that business moves fast and plans change. But here’s the reality: last-minute cancellation of contracts directly impact real people on our team who have already mapped, planned, built, shot, posted, edited, reported, and scheduled your next month.
To keep things fair for everyone (you included), here’s why we ask for proper notice on contract endings:
Before You Hit ‘Cancel’ … A Friendly Note From Us
We Plan Ahead; Way Ahead
1
Your content calendar, campaigns, reports, shoots, and ads are created 2–6 weeks in advance.
When a contract stops suddenly, that work is already in motion
We Staff Based on You
2
We don’t overbook. We hire, schedule, and resource based on active clients.
When a contract ends with very little warning, the hours dedicated to you suddenly disappear for the humans behind your work.
We Believe in Respectful Partnerships
3
We give everything we’ve got; energy, creativity, time, ideas, strategy.
In return, we simply ask for a clear runway if you need to wrap up.
Our Notice Policy
(The Friendly Version)
4
If you need to cancel, we ask for 30 days notice so we can wind things down properly, honour the work already done, and keep things smooth for our team and yours.
This allows us to
• Finalise your content pipeline
• Shut down ads correctly
• Wrap reporting
• Re-allocate team hours fairly
• Ensure there’s no messy “oh no, what about this?” moment for either side
It All Comes Back to one thing

We’re a people-first business.
The work you receive isn’t generic, automated or copied from a template, it’s created by real humans who genuinely care about your brand.
A little notice goes a long way in supporting the people behind your marketing.
Thanks for valuing what we do, and for being part of the Liquidity family.
If you have any questions about the policyor want to chat about how we can evolve with your business—our door is always open.
