Midtown is thrilled to unveil House of Lobster, an unmissable dining event launching this October. Seafood lovers and food aficionados alike are invited to savour a luxurious four-course lobster feast, curated by Chef Daniel, in an atmosphere of indulgence and exclusivity.
A Feast Like No Other
The evening begins with a bold Lobster Bloody Mary, a playful twist on the classic cocktail with lobster atop tomato, celery, and Skyy vodka, finished with Old Bay spice. For entrée, the Lobster Toast & Caviar delivers golden-fried lobster toast seasoned with sesame and paprika, topped with creamy avocado and a touch of caviar for added indulgence.
The main event arrives in the form of Tropical Lobster Mornay, half a lobster baked under a rich béchamel and golden cheese crust, served with a Midtown chopped salad and Cajun-spiced fries. To finish, guests will enjoy a slice of Mango & Coconut Cheesecake with layers of vanilla cream and a jewel-bright mango jelly atop a coconut biscuit base, AKA the perfect tropical finale.

Priced at $125 per person, the four-course lobster experience is available Tuesday through Saturday evenings from 6:30pm at Midtown, located at 15 Manning Street, South Brisbane. Smaller tables are welcome, while larger parties of 10 or more are encouraged to take advantage of the private space. For those looking for an even more intimate experience, Midtown is also offering private group lunches throughout October.
