Best way to spend $10?  Walk the Valley (or any city) and find the coolest homeless person and give it to them

What would you request for your last meal on earth? Bulk crumbed fish and hot chips with fresh lemon.
What does a typical day look like for you? Shivering to death in the office due to an aircon Nazi…
Favourite city… other than Brisbane?  Chicago
3 people you couldn’t live without?  Mum, sister and now I’m just segregating the family.
Favourite Brisbane coffee spot? Manly waterfront – get a takeaway and walk along the water.
Favourite Brisbane restaurant ? Beccofinos
Place for a drink? 6s 7s.
Biggest Indulgence?  Red wine and cheese.
Latest Brisbane discovery?  Twig and Berry has a great espresso martini.
What’s next for you? Learning to enjoy what we have here and now .“Life isn’t a dress rehearsal” – Mum (who stole it from some dancing philosopher).

lauraDescribe yourself in 5 words? Bubbly, pedantic, caring, sarcastic and easygoing.
If you were an animal, what would you be?  According to my family, it’s a turtle. However I like to think I’m something like an elephant – not because of their size but because of their gentle, caring temperament.
If you could have a super power what would it be? Teleporting, I’d love to wake up and have breakfast in Paris, work in Brisbane, and go to sleep in New York.
The last thing you purchased? Frank Coffee Scrub – its amazing!
Best way to spend $10?  I’m traditionally tight with money, so $10 can go a long way for me. No doubt it would be on food, however I’d go to the supermarket and stock up on favourites such as Allen’s snakes, Tim Tams and some M&M’s.
I’m listening to…  Everything that normal people find annoying… Think Taylor Swift and a bit of Lil Jon from time to time.
The best gift that you have ever received? 21 presents for my 21st birthday from my lovely boyfriend
What would you request for your last meal on earth? If we’re getting specific, it would be delicious chicken and chips, with lots of chicken salt, a great gravy, with some tabouli on the side, followed by a delicious sticky date pudding with Connoisseur salted caramel ice cream.
What does a typical day look like for you? Lists, lists and a whole lot of lists! My days consist of writing content for social media, chasing up clients and/or journalists, problem solving, lots of tea and occasionally Jess leaning over to steal my food.
Favourite city… other than Brisbane?  I have to say my home town Adelaide because its full of my family and friends. In terms of travelling though, I love Paris, or if you’re looking for a relaxing getaway I’m in love with the Greek island Paros.
3 people you couldn’t live without?  Only 3?! My mum/dad (merging them together), my boyfriend, and my best friend Sophie Ash Molly Kristy… Have I merged them together, or is her name actually Sophie Ash Molly Kristy?
Favorite Brisbane restaurant ? Chop Chop Chang’s – everything on that menu is incredible.
Biggest Indulgence?  Everything sweet
Latest Brisbane discovery?  As someone who recently has moved to Brisbane – I discover new things everyday!
What’s next for you? Would love to build up my fitness to run a half marathon! Other than that, continuing to love life and have great adventures with the ones I love!

Best way to spend $10?  At the markets! Coffee AND fresh flowers for cheapy cheap.
I’m listening to… Meryl Streep singing ABBA songs… I may or may not be watching Mamma Mia as I write this.
What would you request for your last meal on earth? Marma’s lemon meringue pie. Probably her jam drop biscuits too. And a whole tube of Pringles.
What does a typical day look like for you? Hitting snooze too many times, lots and lots of writing, coffee, practising reading Jess’s mind.
Favourite city… other than Brisbane?  Tokyo
3 people you couldn’t live without?  Mum-Dad-Brother (that’s one, right?), my boyfriend, & Walt Disney.
Favourite Brisbane coffee spot? Deer Sir or Fonzie Abbot, both Hamilton. (I know, I’m a cheater. But I can never decide)
Favourite Brisbane restaurant ?  Sake, Eagle St Pier
Place for a drink? My pool or balcony in summer.
Biggest Indulgence?  Entire tubs of ice cream. I also have a Krispy Kreme problem.
Latest Brisbane discovery?   The amazing salt and pepper squid from the Singaporean Street Food stall at Eat Street Markets
What’s next for you? Starting Japanese lessons, visiting my little brother in Cambodia, and not wimping out of Tough Mudder next year.
