From October 15, experience a garden oasis in the middle of the city at Riverbar & Kitchen’s Chandon Garden as the venue is transformed with lush greenery and touches of florals, making it the perfect riverfront spot to sip a spritz.
As temperatures warm up, the city comes out to play and what better way to celebrate than with a bespoke menu of cocktails featuring Chandon’s brand new creation, the Chandon Garden Spritz. It consists of a unique blend of Chandon brut sparkling wine infused with orange bitters made from natural orange peel extracts, herbs and spices. With no artificial flavors or colours, it makes for a light, refreshing, and aromatic spring drink, redefining the spritz experience.
As well as the perfect serve of Chandon Garden Spritz, guests can indulge in flavoursome twists on the classic beverage such as the Lively Spritz made with Chandon Garden Spritz, Regal Rogue Lively White, mango, soda, mint and orange or the Riverbar 75, a gin-based spritz made with Chandon Garden Spritz, lemon, and mint.
Larger groups of spritz enthusiasts can indulge in the menu’s only shareable cocktail, A Walk In The Tropics, made with Chandon Garden Spritz, 42 Below passionfruit vodka, peach, passionfruit, soda, mint and orange—the perfect tropical drink to sip into spring with while making the most of the green surroundings.
For those looking to take their spritz game to the next level, the iconic waterfront venue will also be hosting a Spruced with Spritz high tea, available every day from 10am to 3pm (bookings required). For just $50pp, guests will be treated to a luxe spread of delicious canapés including macarons, churros with chocolate hazelnut sauce, crumbed chicken sliders, cured salmon and cream cheese crostinis and more, plus their choice of spritz from the Chandon Garden menu.
Melbourne Cup guests will also be able to watch the race that stops the nation whilst sipping on a welcome Chandon Garden Spritz (available as an add-on to food and beverage packages), surrounded by the lush Chandon Garden.
