If you were an animal, what would you be?  A horse. They live the life.
If you could have a super power what would it be? Eat as many chocolate brownies as possible without gaining weight. Or never forgetting my glasses again. I’ll take either.
The last thing you purchased? Lorna Jane clothing
Best way to spend $10?  Coffee. Double jumbo size.
I’m listening to… The Kooks!
The best gift that you have ever received? Horse riding lessons when I was six. Best. Birthday. Ever.
What would you request for your last meal on earth? A duck risotto I had from a Melbourne restaurant a few years ago. It’s still the best meal I’ve ever had.
What does a typical day look like for you? Attending lectures and tutorials (or being a fab intern), writing, writing and more writing, drinking just as much coffee, and having some fun in the sun before the day is done. (I’m a writing student. I know how to rhyme.)
Favourite city… other than Brisbane? Melbourne! Although I haven’t ventured too far overseas yet.
3 people you couldn’t live without? Mum, Dad, my brother. Easy. (Sorry best friend, you didn’t make the cut)
Favourite Brisbane coffee spot? The Bunker in Milton. Great coffee, great atmosphere.
Favourite Brisbane restaurant? Satay Hut in South Bank. Their Thai food is excellent.
Place for a drink? The Sangria Bar. I’m slowly working my way through their
cocktail menu.
Biggest Indulgence?  Mint slice. I could eat an entire packet.
Latest Brisbane discovery?   Kiss The Berry on Creek Street
What’s next for you? Career? Travel? Post-grad? I’ll let you know when I do.

If you were an animal, what would you be? Probably a giraffe? Or a great dane – both for obvious reasons.
If you could have a super power what would it be? Power of persuasion.
The last thing you purchased? Chicken Fillet on Italian Herb and Cheese Sub from Subway.
Best way to spend $10? Fruity Lexia
I’m listening to… An unseasonal amount of ‘Chance the Rapper’
The best gift that you have ever received? DSLR for my 21st
What would you request for your last meal on earth? Butter Chicken, Rice and Garlic Naan Bread.
What does a typical day look like for you? Wake up (drank) (ß terrible joke), drive to uni/workplace #1/workplace #2, eat noodles, drink apple juice, drive home, have family dinner, hang out with friends.
Favourite city… other than Brisbane? San Francisco
3 people you couldn’t live without? Mum, Dad and my dog Sonny
Favourite Brisbane coffee spot? I am strictly a hot chocolate kind of guy
Favourite Brisbane restaurant ? Himalayan Café at New Farm
Place for a drink? Bowery
Biggest indulgence? Getting out of the city
Latest Brisbane discovery?  The Gresham (thanks to a few well educated drinkers)

If you were an animal, what would you be?  A blue whale. There is no logical explanation for this.
If you could have a super power what would it be? Time-travelling and the occasional ability to fly. Basically, the best party trick ever.
The last thing you purchased?  Dirty Granny cider – mainly for the label.
Best way to spend $10?  Buying wine that doesn’t come in a box.
I’m listening to… The soothing voice of The Bachelor, perfectly harmonized with dramatic music. Emotions are high.
The best gift that you have ever received? A T-shirt made by my sister with pictures of Matt-Preston’s face on it. Hands down, best present of all time.
What would you request for your last meal on earth?  I really want to say something modern and classy, but I would probably just keep frying haloumi with freshly squeezed lemon until the sun goes down.
What does a typical day look like for you? Wake up. Sing in the car to work. Loudly. Arrive at work and pull myself together – it’s too early for an office sing-a-long. Write social media and attempt to replicate Laura’s list-making skills. Reality TV. Sleep.
Favorite city… other than Brisbane?  Tokyo.
3 people you couldn’t live without?   My sister Kattie, my dog Archie and mum. Favorite Brisbane coffee spot? Corner Store Cafe. Cold drip coffee.
Favorite Brisbane restaurant?  Ole Fuego – best Seafood paella and Tinto Sangria (and it’s within walking distance from my house!)
Place for a drink? Lefties – love their cocktails on tap.
Biggest Indulgence?  Cheese in one hand, with a gin and tonic in the other.
Latest Brisbane discovery?   Red Lotus in Annerley – best vegetarian Pho!
