Dishing up yet another weekend of extravagant seafood, One Fish Two Fish is throwing the ultimate carb-party with Pasta Palooza from Friday, August 19 to Sunday, August 21.

Available for lunch from 12-2pm or 2:30-4:30pm, you’ll be hooked on what could possibly be the best combination: fresh local seafood and four courses of pasta for $79pp.

Starting off swimmingly, the menu features two-bite cured salmon pasta salad with capers and lemon crème fraiche, followed by pan seared prawn gnocchi with saffron, tomato sugo, tarragon, chilli, and vermouth. 

With prawns still on the palate, dive into pasta shells filled with delicate Fraser Isle Spanner Crab topped with sautéed leeks and pink sauce.

Since there’s always room for dessert, Pasta Palooza ends on a sweet note with fried ravioli filled with creamy ricotta and enveloped in chocolate Jaffa sauce and candy floss.
