Salon Lane is a premium shared workspace for top hair, beauty, and wellness professionals that will join an already stellar line up of hospitality, lifestyle & beauty tenants in West Village.
When it officially opens in April it will be Salon Lane’s first venture outside of Sydney, and West Village will again be at the forefront, encouraging a new era of independent entrepreneurship as the space offers a dynamic platform for over 50 professionals to establish or expand their businesses.
Salon Lane will be located in the beautifully restored heritage building Factory 2 and occupy a 850-square-metre space that hosts exposed brick walls, polished concrete, steel beams, warm wooden accents and oversized windows and skylights that fill the space with natural light.
With its focus on diversity of modalities, clients will be able to receive a variety of hair and beauty treatments in one of its 25 private studios or 13 open workstations. Services include hair colouring and extensions, head spas, manicures, cosmetic teeth whitening and injectables, skin treatments and massage. All whilst enjoying barista quality coffee or sparkling mineral water on tap in the client lounge or perusing the retail shop to stock up on salon products like Kevin Murphy, Oribe, K18, Eleven and Dermalogica.

The Salon Lane model provides salon professionals who want to be their own bosses with freedom and flexibility, and its popularity in Sydney has fueled the move to the sunshine state. “The demand for a space like Salon Lane was overwhelming in Sydney,” says Jared Keen, Co-Founder and CEO of Salon Lane “We are confident that the same trend towards self-employment will spread to the Queensland market, and that customers who frequent West Village will be excited by the addition of such an innovative facility.”
Brisbanites will be able to discover Salon Lane at West Village in late April when it joins the existing beauty & lifestyle tenants.
