Come Friday, May 13, the Customs House terrace will once again be transformed into a winter wonderland seasonal pop-up bar when Veuve Clicquot In The Snow returns!
Euro chalet vibes will descend on the riverfront as beautiful Aspen-themed igloos and textural winter styling add a seasonal flair to iconic Customs House. Pair this with plenty of champagne from exquisite Champagne house, Veuve Clicquot, alongside an enticing menu and guests are sure to be feeling very après-ski on those almost chilly Brisbane evenings…
Once snuggled up under a faux-fur blanket, guests can sip on Veuve Clicquot champagne available by the glass or bottle. The drinks menu will also feature Australian, New Zealand and French wines alongside winter-worthy cocktails like Berries and Bubbles with fresh raspberry, lemon juice, Belvedere Pure and topped with Veuve Clicquot Brut; or the Hennessy Old Fashioned with Angostura Bitters, sugar and orange twist.
Feast on an exclusive snacks and nibbles menu, including the famed Customs House pop-up bar classic: the Moreton Bay bug croissant with lime and dill mayo. Rabbit rillettes, baked whole brie and mac and cheese croquettes with truffle aioli also feature alongside a variety of English, Italian and Australian cheeses that are sure to have you s-mitten!
While walk-ins are welcome at the Veuve Clicquot In The Snow pop-up bar, individual igloos can also be exclusively booked for a luxe winter experience. A minimum spend of $80 per person will apply, with a minimum booking of six required and parties snow-capped at 10.
For irresistible bites, premium champagne and Brisbane’s best views, head to Veuve Clicquot In The Snow at Customs House on Thursdays and Fridays from 4 pm and weekends from 1 pm. Igloos can be booked via the Customs House website.
